- 30ozchickpeascan, rinsed and drained, or 3 cups cooked chickpeas
- ⅔cupred pepperschopped, roasted
- ⅔cupfeta cheesecrumbled
- ½cupfresh basilchopped
- ⅓cupolive oil
- ¼cupred wine vinegar
- 1tbsphoneyplus 1 tsp
- 4garlic clovesmedium, pressed or minced
- ½tspdried oregano
- ½tspsalt
- ½tspblack pepperfreshly ground
- ½tspred pepper flakesadjust to spice preference
Instructions

In a medium serving bowl, combine the chickpeas, red peppers, feta, and basil.

In a small bowl, whisk together the olive oil, vinegar, honey, garlic, oregano, salt, pepper, and red pepper flakes.

Pour the dressing over the chickpeas and stir.

Cover the bowl and place it in the fridge for at least 30 minutes for the best flavor.
