How To Make Easy Corn Salad

Impress everyone with this gourmet corn salad that does not need kitchen magic. All it needs are corn, tomatoes, onions, and apple cider vinegar.

  • 3cups3 corn kernels
  • 1cupcherry tomatoes,quartered
  • 1cupcucumbers,diced
  • ¼cupred onion,diced
  • 3tbspolive oil
  • 3tbspapple cider vinegar
  • course salt
  • pepper,to taste
  • 1tbspfresh parsley
  • fresh basil,or dill, optional

Instructions

  1. Either boil or grill corn. Once cooked, remove kernels from corn.

  2. Combine all ingredients in a large bowl and gently toss.

  3. Season with salt & pepper to taste.
