- 3cups3 corn kernels
- 1cupcherry tomatoes,quartered
- 1cupcucumbers,diced
- ¼cupred onion,diced
- 3tbspolive oil
- 3tbspapple cider vinegar
- course salt
- pepper,to taste
- 1tbspfresh parsley
- fresh basil,or dill, optional
Instructions

Either boil or grill corn. Once cooked, remove kernels from corn.
