Ingredients

  • 3cupsgreen cabbage,thinly sliced
  • 1cuppurple cabbage,thinly sliced
  • 1cupcarrots,julienned
  • 2cupsred bell peppers,thinly sliced
  • 2green onions,sliced
  • sesame seeds,for garnish

For Sesame Dressing:

  • ¼cuprice vinegar
  • 2tbspcanola oil
  • ½tspsalt
  • ½tspsesame oil
  • 1tsphoney

Instructions

  1. Combine the green cabbage, red cabbage, carrots, bell peppers, and green onions in a medium bowl.

  2. Whisk the rice vinegar, canola oil, salt, sesame oil, and honey in a separate bowl.

  3. Toss the slaw with the dressing.

  4. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.

  5. Garnish with sesame seeds and additional green onions if desired, serve, and enjoy!
