A refreshing arugula salad recipe which has a subtle nutty flavor from the arugula along with the duo of berries and toasted nuts. Simply a must-try!

Ingredients

For Salad:

  • 6cupsbaby arugula
  • 1cupcherriespitted
  • 1cupblackberries(or strawberries/raspberries)
  • ¼cupfeta cheesecrumbled
  • ¼cupred onionsliced
  • 2tbsptoasted walnuts(or pecans)

For Dressing:

  • 2tbsprice vinegar
  • 4tbspolive oil(or vegetable oil)
  • tsphoney
  • Salt and pepperto taste

Instructions

Salad:

  1. Assemble the arugula, berries, feta cheese, red onion and nuts in a medium bowl.

Dressing:

  1. Combine all dressing ingredients in a mason jar and shake well.

  2. Pour over salad and toss.
