Ingredients

  • 8cupsred leaf lettuce,butter lettuce
  • cupfresh dill,chopped
  • cupfeta cheese,crumbled
  • ½english cucumber,thinly sliced
  • ½sweet white onion,thinly sliced

For Lemon Vinaigrette:

  • 3tbspolive oil
  • 1tbsplemon juice
  • 1tbspwhite vinegar
  • 1tspsugar
  • 1tbspdijon mustard
  • salt and pepper,to taste

Instructions

  1. Combine the olive oil, lemon juice, vinegar, sugar, mustard, salt, and pepper in a mason jar or container. Shake to mix.

  2. Add the lettuce, dill, feta, cucumber, and white onion to a large bowl.

  3. Drizzle the vegetables with the salad, then toss to combine.
