  • 2lbspeas,frozen
  • 1cupsharp cheddar cheese,shredded
  • ½cupred onion,chopped
  • 1cupmayonnaise
  • ½tspkosher salt
  • ¼tspblack pepper
  • 1lbbacon,cooked, crisp, chopped


  1. Rinse the frozen peas in a colander and let drain for a few seconds while making the rest of the salad.

  2. Into a large bowl, add the cheese, red onion, mayonnaise, kosher salt, black pepper, and bacon.

  3. Top with the peas and stir together until fully combined.

  4. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour before serving.
