Autumn is the season for apples and cranberries. This salad recipe uses both fruits for a scrumptious dish topped with bacon strips.

  • 6cupsbaby spinach(or mixed salad leaves including spinach)
  • ½cupdried cranberries
  • ½cupwalnutscrushed
  • cupDanish feta cheese
  • ½sweet red applesliced
  • ½granny smith applesliced
  • 4slicesbacon(cooked and sliced or chopped)
  • 4tbspolive oil
  • 3tbsphoney
  • 1tbspapple cider vinegar
  • 4tspDijon mustard

Instructions

  1. Add all of the salad ingredients into a large salad bowl.

  2. Combine all of the dressing ingredients in a smaller bowl and mix well. Pour the dressing over the salad.
