There’s not much to say about this salad other than that it is very delicious! It can be served as a side dish with some pasta. Alternatively, prepare a larger serving served with your favorite crackers, as a meal in itself.
Crab And Shrimp Salad With Mango Recipe
- 1 mango
- 6 oz crab meat
- 4 oz shrimp tiny, cooked
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 1/2 cup celery finely diced
- 1/4 cup sweet onion finely diced
- 2 tbsp lemon juice
- 1/2 tsp old bay seasoning
- Salt and pepper if needed
Cut 1/4-inch thick slices off the long sides of the mango and dice them up. Reserve some for garnish.
Mix all the ingredients together in a large bowl.
Serve salad on lettuce leaves and garnish with reserved mango. You can use cookie cutters to create decorative shapes out of the mango for garnish as well.
