How To Make Crab And Shrimp Salad With Mango

Ingredients
- 1 mango
- 6 oz crab meat
- 4 oz shrimp, tiny, cooked
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 1/2 cup celery, finely diced
- 1/4 cup sweet onion, finely diced
- 2 tbsp lemon juice
- 1/2 tsp old bay seasoning
- Salt and pepper , if needed
Instructions
- Cut 1/4-inch thick slices off the long sides of the mango and dice them up. Reserve some for garnish.
- Mix all the ingredients together in a large bowl.
- Serve salad on lettuce leaves and garnish with reserved mango. You can use cookie cutters to create decorative shapes out of the mango for garnish as well.
