Ingredients
- 2cansblack beans,drained and rinsed
- 2canschickpeas,drained and rinsed
- ½red onion,chopped
- 20cherry tomatoes,halved
- ½cupfresh parsley,chopped
- ½cupfresh mint,chopped
- ¼cupolive oil
- ¼cupapple cider vinegar
- ¼cuplemon juice
- salt,to taste
- pepper,to taste
- feta cheese,crumbled, to taste
Instructions

In a large bowl, combine the chickpeas, black beans, red onion, cherry tomatoes, fresh parsley, and fresh mint.

In a small bowl, mix together olive oil, vinegar, lemon juice, salt, and pepper.
