How To Make Cheddar Bacon Ranch Potato Salad
This starchy and creamy potato salad is made tastier with cheddar cheese and ranch dressing. Cook up this superb side dish in just under one hour!

Ingredients
- 2lbspetite red potatoes,diced into 1-inch bite size chunks
- ⅔cupHidden Valley® Simply Ranch Dressing
- 1cupcheddar cheese,shredded, used medium
- 6bacon slices,cooked, crumbled, about ½ cup
- ⅓cupgreen onions,chopped
- salt and pepper,optional
Instructions

Add the potatoes to a pot, then pour in enough water to cover the potatoes by about 2-inches.

Bring to a boil over medium-high heat, hen reduce the heat to medium. Allow to boil for 10 minutes until the potatoes are fully tender.

Carefully pour the potatoes into a colander to drain. Set aside to cool.

Pour cooled potatoes into a large mixing bowl. Add in the ranch, cheddar, bacon, and green onions, then toss to coat.

Season with salt and pepper to taste, serve, and enjoy!
