- 8cupsbroccoli,washed and chopped
- 4green onions,sliced, or ¼ cup red onion
- ½cupdried cranberries
- 1green apple,diced
- 2tsplemon juice,fresh
- ⅓cuppecans,chopped, optional
For Dressing:
- 1cupmayonnaise
- ⅓cupsour cream
- 1tbspcider vinegar
- 1tbsplemon juice
- 1tbspsugar
- 1tsppoppy seeds
- salt and pepper,to taste
Instructions

Combine the mayonnaise, sour cream, cider vinegar, lemon juice, sugar, poppy seeds, salt, and pepper in a small bowl. Mix well.
