Ingredients
- 1bunchasparagus,cut into thirds
- 3cupsspinach
- ½cupradish,sliced
- 1cupcherry tomatoes,sliced in half
- ½cuppeas
- ½red onion,sliced
- ¼cupfeta cheese
For Lemon Vinaigrette:
- ¼cupolive oil
- 1lemon,juiced
- 2tbspapple cider vinegar
- salt and pepper,to taste
Instructions

In a large pot, boil the asparagus for 3 to 5 minutes. Rinse in cold water.

In a large bowl, combine the spinach, radish, cherry tomatoes, peas, onion, and feta cheese.
Lemon Vinaigrette:
