Ingredients

  • 3 cups broccoli florets
  • 3 cups carrots
  • 3 cups cauliflower florets
  • 4 tbsp. olive oil
  • 1 tsp. garlic salt
  • 1 tsp. oregano
  • ½ tsp. sugar
  • 1 tsp. thyme
  • 1 tsp. pepper

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 425 degrees.
  • Place the vegetables onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and drizzle oil and spices over them.
  • When they are coated bake vegetables for 20 minutes or until tender. Serve hot!
