How To Make Whole Roasted Cauliflower
This oven roasted cauliflower brushed with a garlic butter sauce and sprinkled with cheese is easy to make and is the best way to prepare a cauliflower!

Ingredients
- 1headcauliflower
- ¼cupbutter,melted
- 1clovegarlic,minced
- 1tsplemon zest,grated
- ¼tspsalt
- ¼tspground black pepper
- 2tbspparsley,chopped
- 2tbspparmesan cheese
Instructions

Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F.

Trim the leaves from the cauliflower head. Place in a baking dish.

Combine the butter, garlic, lemon zest, parsley, salt, and pepper.

Brush the mixture on top of the cauliflower head and cover with foil.

Bake for 30 minutes. Remove the foil and bake for 15 minutes more (or just until tender-crisp, do not overcook).

Remove and turn oven to broil.

Sprinkle parmesan cheese on the cauliflower head and broil for 3 to 5 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and slightly brown.
