For Cauliflower Florets:
- 12ozcauliflower florets,(325 g), such as Marketside®
- kosher salt and black pepper,to taste
For Rotisserie Chicken:
- 1traditional rotisserie chicken,light meat only, such as Marketside®
For Tomato Salad:
- 2cupsTomato Salad
- ¼cupred wine vinaigrette,or balsamic vinaigrette
- 1lbasparagus,grilled
Instructions
Cauliflower Florets:

Using a fork, poke holes into the cauliflower package.

Microwave the package for 2 to 4 minutes, or until the cauliflower is tender. Season the cauliflower with salt and pepper.
Rotisserie Chicken:

Separate the 2 wings and 2 breasts from the chicken.
Tomato Salad:

Dress the tomato salad with vinaigrette.
