For Butternut Squash:
- 12ozbutternut squash,(325 g), such as Marketside®
- kosher salt and black pepper,to taste
For Rotisserie Chicken:
- 1traditional rotisserie chicken,such as Marketside®, light meat
For Salad Greens:
- 2cupssalad greens
- ¼cupred wine vinaigrette,(60 mL), or balsamic vinaigrette
- 1lbasparagus,(455 g), grilled
Instructions
Butternut Squash:

Using a fork, poke holes into the butternut squash package.

Microwave the package for 2 to 4 minutes, or until the squash is tender. Season the squash with salt and pepper.
Rotisserie Chicken:

Separate the 2 wings and 2 breasts from the chicken
Salad Greens:

Dress the salad greens with the vinaigrette.
