How To Make Roasted Maple Brussel Sprouts with Bacon

Adding more vegetables into your diet won’t be hard with this roasted brussel sprouts recipe. It has the sweet-savory combo of maple and bacon, too.

Cooking: 30 minutes
Total: 40 minutes



  • 4tbspbutter
  • 1clovegarlic
  • 8slicesbacon,chopped
  • 2lbsbrussel sprouts,chopped in half
  • 1cupmaple syrup
  • salt and pepper,to taste


  1. In a large saucepan add butter and melt. Add the garlic and saute for 1 to 2 minutes until tender. Add the chopped bacon and cook.

  2. Add the brussel sprouts and cook at medium high until they start to soften.

  3. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.

  4. Add ingredients to a 9×13-inch pan and sprinkle with salt and pepper. Drizzle with maple syrup.

  5. Bake for 30 minutes until the edges start to brown and the inside is tender.
