How To Make Roasted Lemon Honey Garlic Asparagus
Tender inside and crisp on the outside, this garlic asparagus is marinated in a lemon and honey mix, for a sweet-tangy side to any meal!
Preheat oven to 400 degrees F. Break off the ends of asparagus.
In a large bowl, add the asparagus.
In a small bowl, whisk in the olive oil, lemon, honey, garlic. Pour over the asparagus and toss to coat.
Lay in a single layer on a baking sheet. Add salt and pepper to taste.
Roast for about 10 minutes, more or less depending on the size of the asparagus.
Serve warm, and enjoy!
