How To Make Roasted Broccoli Rabe with Garlic
Our easy-to-make roasted broccoli rabe spiced with garlic and crushed red pepper flakes is an ideal side dish you can serve at any time of the day!

Ingredients
- 1bunchbroccoli rabe,(rapini), tough stems removed
- 4clovesgarlic,crushed
- 2tbspolive oil
- salt and pepper,to taste
- red pepper flakes,crushed, optional
Instructions

Heat oven to 400 degrees F.

Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil.

When the water boils, add the broccoli rabe and blanch for 1 minute.

Remove from water and drain well using a colander.

Place the broccoli rabe in a baking dish and mix with garlic, olive oil, salt and pepper, and a pinch of crushed red pepper flakes.

Roast for 15 to 20 minutes.
