A wonderful recipe for tasty beef roast on a budget! A delectable roast in just an hour, this recipe makes use of the crockpot to gather and roast everything together to ensure a juicy and flavorful slab of beef that would easily feed a family two meals over.

Ingredients
- 3 lb roast beef, pork, or wild game
- 2 pkg brown gravy mix
- 1 pkg beef stew mix
- 1 tbsp garlic, minced
- 2 carrots, sliced or diced
- 2 green bell peppers
- ½ onion
- 3 green onions
- 67 red potatoes, small, whole or quartered or 2 cubed russets
- salt and pepper , to taste
- 1 tsp Tony Chachere's Creole Seasoning
- water
Instructions
- Throw all ingredients in the crockpot or pressure cooker.
- Add water until it covers the roast.
- Cook down until tender, adding water as necessary.
- Serve over rice or mashed potatoes.
- Change, add or adjust seasonings to taste.
