How To Make Oven-Roasted Tomatoes

Tomatoes are a great dish all by itself because of its sweet and sour taste. Try these oven-roasted tomatoes which alleviate the flavor of the fruit.

Ingredients

  • 3lbstomatoes
  • 1tbspolive oil
  • ½tbspbalsamic vinegar
  • 1clovegarlic,minced
  • 1tbspfresh basil,chopped
  • 2tbspparmesan cheese,shredded, optional
  • salt and pepper,to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 450 degrees F.

  2. Wash tomatoes and cut them in half.

  3. Toss tomatoes with remaining ingredients.

  4. Place in a rimmed baking pan or dish. Roast 10 to 20 minutes.
