How To Make Oven Roasted Brussels Sprouts

Cook up some roasted brussels sprouts for your next side! It’s a crisp golden on the outside and tender on the inside dish that goes well with any big meal.

  • 1lbbrussels sprouts
  • ½tspKosher salt
  • ¼tspcoarse ground black pepper
  • 2tbspolive oil,or vegetable oil
  • 1tbsplemon juice,garnish, optional


  1. Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F.

  2. Toss the brussels sprouts in 2 tablespoons of olive oil, kosher salt, and pepper. Transfer the sprouts to a cookie sheet.

  3. Roast for 15 to 18 minutes or until caramelized.

  4. Serve, and enjoy!
