How To Make Old Bay Roasted Shrimp

With hints of lemon, this roasted shrimp is made with generous amounts of Old Bay seasoning for a tasty dish with a slightly smoky and spicy aftertaste.

Ingredients

  • 1tbspolive oil
  • 1lblarge shell-on shrimp,deveined
  • 2clovesgarlic,minced
  • tspold bay seasoning
  • 2lemons,halved, optional

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F.

  2. Place the shrimp on a lightly greased baking sheet and toss with the olive oil and minced garlic.

  3. Sprinkle evenly with the seasoning and arrange the shrimp in a single layer. Place the lemon halves on the baking sheet.

  4. Bake the shrimp for 8 to 10 minutes or until just pink and opaque throughout. Remove from oven.

  5. Carefully squeeze baked lemon halves over shrimp for garnish.

  6. Serve and enjoy.
