  • nonfat cooking spray
  • 1 lb brussels sprouts, trimmed and cut in half
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp kosher salt
  • 1 tsp freshly cracked black pepper
  • 1 tsp red pepper flakes
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • tsp sriracha sauce


  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees F. Spray a rimmed baking sheet with cooking spray.
