How To Make Easy Pork Roast
Make a delicious and filling dinner with this easy pork roast that’s seasoned with caraway seeds and sage, then roasted into tender, juicy meat.

Ingredients
- 3lbspork loin roast
- 1½tspcaraway seed
- 1tspground black pepper
- 1½tspsalt
- 1½tspground sage
- ½tspbrowning sauce
- 2tbspcornstarch
Instructions

Preheat oven to 325 degrees F.

In a small bowl combine the caraway seeds, black pepper, salt and sage. Rub mixture all over the pork.

Place pork into a shallow roasting pan and bake, uncovered for about 30 minutes per pound until an internal temperature of 145 degrees F is reached.

Remove roast from pan, set aside, and cover. Pour pan drippings into a measuring cup and add enough water to equal 2 cups.

Pour into a small saucepan and stir in the browning sauce and cornstarch. Cook over low heat, stirring constantly until the mixture is smooth.

Raise heat and bring to a boil. Cook until thickened. Serve alongside the pork roast.
