How To Make Easy Oven Roasted Potatoes
Nothing compares to roasted potatoes that just came out of the oven! A delectable dish that can easily hold up on its own as a main course!

Cooking: 35 minutes
Total: 1 hour 40 minutes

Ingredients
- 2lbred skinned potatoesor yellow skinned potatoes
- 2tbspolive oil
- 1tspgarlic powder
- 3tbspfresh herbschopped (rosemary, parsley, thyme and basil)
- ½tsppaprika
- salt and peppercoarse, to taste
Instructions

Preheat oven to 425 degrees F.

Scrub potatoes (do not peel them). Dice into 1-inch cubes.

If time allows, soak potatoes in cold water for up to 1 hour (this removes starch and makes for a fluffier potato). Drain and dry potatoes, if required.

Toss potatoes, olive oil, herbs, and seasonings

Place on a baking sheet and bake for 30 to 35 minutes until browned and tender.
