Ingredients

  • 1cabbage head,dark loose leaves removed
  • Kosher salt and black pepper,to taste
  • 2tbspcanola oil

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F.

  2. Slice the cabbage into ½-inch thick steaks

  3. Brush with oil on both sides, then place them onto a cookie sheet.

  4. Season to with 1 teaspoon of Kosher salt and ½ teaspoon of black pepper, or to taste.

  5. Roast for 17 to 20 minutes or until caramelized.

  6. Serve warm, and enjoy!
