Ingredients

  • 1Curemaster Reserve™ Ham Campfire Sugar
  • 1cupCrunchy Brown Sugar Glaze
  • 2lbsrusset potatoes,peeled and chopped into 1-inch cubes
  • 2tbspcanola oil
  • 1tspkosher salt
  • ¼tspblack pepper,freshly cracked
  • 1tbspwhole grain mustard

Instructions

  1. Heat the Curemaster Reserve™ Ham according to the instructions with the packaging.

  2. Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F.

  3. Toss the potatoes with the canola oil, salt and pepper.

  4. Spread onto a cookie sheet, then roast for 25 to 30 minutes.

  5. Remove from the oven, then toss with the whole grain mustard.

  6. Serve ham with the roasted potatoes, and enjoy!
