
How To Make Campfire Sugar Ham with Roasted Potatoes
Serve up a hearty plate of our tasteful Campfire Sugar ham for your Christmas dinner! It’s cooked with roasted dijon potatoes for a fuller meal.

Ingredients
- 1Curemaster Reserve™ Ham Campfire Sugar
- 1cupCrunchy Brown Sugar Glaze
- 2lbsrusset potatoes,peeled and chopped into 1-inch cubes
- 2tbspcanola oil
- 1tspkosher salt
- ¼tspblack pepper,freshly cracked
- 1tbspwhole grain mustard
Instructions

Heat the Curemaster Reserve™ Ham according to the instructions with the packaging.

Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F.

Toss the potatoes with the canola oil, salt and pepper.

Spread onto a cookie sheet, then roast for 25 to 30 minutes.

Remove from the oven, then toss with the whole grain mustard.

Serve ham with the roasted potatoes, and enjoy!
