
How To Make Cajun Shrimp and Sausage Vegetable Sheet Pan
Roasted in just one pan, this vegetable sheet pan dish has shrimps, sausages, and lots of cajun spices. This is an easy dish that’s great for meal preps.

Ingredients
- 1lblarge shrimp,peeled and deveined
- 14ozsausage,sliced, pork or chicken
- 2zucchini,sliced
- 2yellow squash,sliced
- ½bunchasparagus,sliced into thirds
- 2red bell pepper,chopped into chunks
- salt and pepper
- 2tbspolive oil
- 2tbspcajun seasoning
Instructions

Preheat oven to 400 degrees F. In a large bowl add the shrimp, sausage, zucchini, yellow squash, asparagus, bell pepper and salt and pepper. Add olive oil and cajun seasoning and toss until coated.

Spread evenly onto a sheet pan. Bake in the preheated oven for 15 to 20 minutes or until shrimp is pink and vegetables are tender.
