How To Make Blue Cheese Roasted Asparagus

The smoky, minty taste of these roasted asparagus is added with the strong, fermented flavor of blue cheese creating a savory and delicious appetizer.

  • 1bunchasparagus
  • 1tbspolive oil
  • salt and pepper
  • cupblue cheese crumbles


  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.

  2. Layout the asparagus side-by-side in an even layer on a baking sheet covered with parchment paper or aluminum foil.

  3. Drizzle the asparagus evenly with oil, then sprinkle with a generous pinch or two of salt and lots of freshly-ground black pepper.

  4. Give the pan a few good shakes to coat the asparagus evenly.
