How To Make Hibachi Fried Rice
This Japanese-style hibachi fried rice recipe treats you to a tummy-filling side dish, loaded with peas, carrots, and eggs, for a tasty bite.

Ingredients
- 4 tbsp butter
- ½ cup onion, cut into 1-inch cubes
- 2 tsp garlic, chopped
- ¼ cup peas
- ¼ cup carrots, cubed
- 2 eggs
- 4 cups rice, cooked
- salt, to taste
- ½ tsp white pepper
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp sesame oil, roasted
Instructions
- Heat a wok until it is very hot. Add butter in a wok.

Add onion and garlic and fry for 1 minute.

Add peas and carrots and saute for 1 minute.
- Push the veggies on the side.
- Add whisked eggs in the wok and scramble them.
- Mix the scrambled eggs with the veggies.

Add cooked rice, salt, white pepper powder, soy sauce, and toasted sesame oil and toss well.

Serve hot with yum yum sauce. Enjoy!
