Ingredients

  • 2 chicken breasts
  • 1 lb sausage
  • 1 large onion, chopped
  • 1 large green bell pepper
  • 3 stalks celery, chopped
  • 1 can tomatoes, diced
  • 3 garlic cloves, chopped
  • 2 cups chicken broth
  • 1 tbsp Cajun spice mix
  • 1 tsp dried oregano
  • 1 lb shrimp
  • 1 ¾ cups rice

Instructions

  1. Place all ingredients (except the shrimp and rice) in a crockpot.

  2. Cook on low for 5 hours.

  3. Add shrimp and rice. Raise heat to high.

  4. Cook for 30 more minutes and serve.
