- 4white bread,slices
- 1cupmozzarella cheese
- 1red onion,small, chopped
- 1Roma tomato,chopped
- 1bell pepper,chopped
- 2tbspcilantro,fresh, chopped
- Italian seasoning,or any herb seasoning
Instructions

Arrange the bread on a nonstick baking pan.

Top the bread with mozzarella cheese, then add red onion, tomatoes, peppers, and cilantro.

Preheat the oven to broil to 425 degrees F. Place the baking sheet in the oven for 5 to 10 minutes. The cheese should be turning golden brown.
