This vegetarian pizza is full of bell peppers, onions and feta cheese seasoned with various herbs and spices. It’s a great no-guilt treat!

Ingredients

  • 12inchthin pizza crust,homemade or prepared, such as Boboli
  • 3cupsbell peppers,red, green, yellow, chopped
  • 1cuponion,red or yellow, sliced and pulled into rings
  • 3clovesgarlic,crushed
  • 2tbspextra-virgin olive oil
  • tspItalian herbs,dried
  • 1pinchsalt,to taste
  • 1cupred pepper flakes,crushed to taste
  • ¾cupherbed feta cheese,crumbled

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 450 degrees F.

  2. Lay crust on a pizza pan or cookie sheet. In a bowl, combine the remaining ingredients except cheese; spoon over crust.

  3. Top with cheese. Bake for 10 to 12 minutes, or until vegetables are crispy-tender.
