How To Make Pepperoni Pizza Bites
Paired with a bowl of marinara, these muffin-shaped pepperoni pizza bites are cheese-loaded appetizers ready in under 30 minutes!

Ingredients
- ¾cupflour
- ¾tspbaking powder
- ¾cup2% milk
- 1egg,lightly beaten
- 1tspItalian seasoning
- ¼tspred pepper,crushed
- ¼tspsalt
- ½cupmozzarella cheese
- ½cupParmesan cheese
- 4.2ozpepperoni,(½ pouch), cut into little quarters
- marinara sauce,for dipping
Instructions

Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F.

In one bowl, mix milk and eggs. Set aside.

In a second bowl, mix flour, baking powder, salt, Italian seasoning, and crushed red pepper.

Combine the wet into the dry ingredients and whisk to combine.

Add in the pepperoni and cheese and whisk together.

Spray baking spray or canola oil spray onto 2 mini muffin tins. Using 1 tablespoon scoop, fill all 24. Alternately make 12 larger pepperoni pizza bites.

Cook for 15 to 18 minutes, or until browned.

Serve with Mezzetta marinara sauce
