Ingredients
- 4 pita breads, (about the size of a large bagel)
- 1 cup tomato sauce
- 1 cup cheese, of choice (mozzarella or cheddar both work well)
- ½ cup cherry tomatoes, thinly diced
Instructions

Spread ¼ of a cup of sauce and ¼ of a cup of cheese onto each pita bread.
- Top with tomatoes and toast in a toaster oven until the cheese melts.
