For a keto-friendly meal, try this yeast-free margarita pizza that comes with a crunchy thin crust and topped with tomatoes, onions, and yogurt sauce.

Ingredients

  • 1pizza crust,12-inch, yeast-free, prebaked
  • 12oztomatoes,preferably Roma, sliced
  • 1cupmozzarella cheese,grated
  • cupmarinara sauce
  • ¼cupolive oil
  • 2tbspparmesan cheese,grated
  • 1tbspgarlic,minced
  • ½tspsalt
  • 1ozfresh basil leaves,torn

Instructions

  1. Combine the olive oil, garlic, salt, and tomatoes in a bowl.

  2. Toss to combine and let sit for 15 minutes.

  3. Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F.

  4. Next, brush the oil from the marinated tomatoes onto the pizza crust.

  5. Pour marinara sauce and spread evenly.

  6. Top with the mozzarella and parmesan, followed by the fresh sliced tomatoes that have been marinating.

  7. Set in the oven to bake for about 10 minutes or until the cheese is melted and the crust is golden brown.

  8. Sprinkle with torn basil and parmesan. Serve and enjoy!
