How To Make Captain America Pizza

Cook an Avengers-inspired dish with this Captain America pizza. It has layers of tortilla, cheese, and pepperoni designed to look like the hero’s shield.

Ingredients

  • 1cuppizza sauce
  • 4large flour tortillas
  • 3cupsmozzarella,shredded
  • 2cupspepperoni
  • 2slicesmozzarella
  • 1cupblack olives,chopped

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F and line a large baking sheet with parchment paper.

  2. Working on the baking sheet, spread a thin layer of pizza sauce onto two tortillas, then top each with a thin layer of shredded mozzarella and pepperoni.

  3. Place the remaining two tortillas on top.

  4. Spread another layer of pizza sauce onto each quesadilla, then cover each entirely with mozzarella.

  5. Make a large ring of pepperoni, overlapping the slices, around the quesadilla, then make a smaller ring of pepperoni inside.

  6. Using a star cookie cutter, arrange black olives in a star shape.

  7. Bake for 15 minutes, or until cheese is melted.
