
How To Make Turkey Primavera
Got leftover turkey? Then this primavera recipe made with juicy turkey, veggies, and spaghetti is the perfect belly-filling dish for you.

Ingredients
- 2tbspcornstarch
- 1¾cupsSwanson® Chicken Stock
- ½tspgarlic powder,or 1 garlic clove
- 2cupsbroccoli florets
- 2medium carrots
- ½cupgreen pepper,or red pepper
- 1small onion
- 2cupsturkey,or chicken, cubed and cooked
- ½pkgspaghetti
- 2tbspparmesan cheese,grated
Instructions

Stir the cornstarch and ¼ cup stock in a small bowl until the mixture is smooth.

Heat the remaining stock, garlic powder, broccoli, carrots, pepper, and onion in a 16x10x8-inch quart saucepan over medium heat to a boil.

Reduce the heat to low. Cover and cook for 5 minutes or until the vegetables are tender-crisp.

Stir in the cornstarch mixture. Cook and stir until the mixture boils and thickens.

Stir in the turkey and cook until the mixture is hot and bubbling. Toss with the spaghetti and cheese.
