How To Make Sautéed Garlic Mostaccioli
Ingredients
- 2 cups fresh red peppers, chopped
- 3 cups fresh broccoli
- 16 oz. Mostaccioli noodles
- 10 garlic cloves
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- ½ cup Parmesan cheese, grated
- Black pepper, to taste
- Parsley, chopped, as desired
Instructions

Chop up the red peppers into diced pieces. Chop up the broccoli.

Heat a large non-stick skillet for 3 minutes.

Toss in peppers and broccoli. Stir frequently until the broccoli is tender, for about 10 minutes.

In another pot, fill it with water and add the noodles with a sprinkle of salt.

Cook noodles until tender and drain. Set the noodles aside.

In a third saucepan, sauté the garlic in the olive oil until slightly brown.

Toss in the cooked pasta, cooked vegetables, Parmesan cheese, black pepper, and parsley.
