How To Make Roasted Garlic Alfredo

Serve this variation of the classic pasta dish with tossed salad and crusty bread.

  • ½ lb linguine (dry)
  • 1 ½ cup cream
  • ¾ cup Parmesan (grated)
  • 2 tbsp garlic (roasted, pureed)
  • salt (to taste)
  • pepper (to taste)
  1. Cook the pasta until just tender.
  2. Drain and rinse.
  3. Set aside.
  4. Heat the cream in a skillet.
  5. Whisk in the cheese and garlic.
  6. Reduce slightly.
  7. Toss in the cooked pasta.
  8. Add salt and pepper to taste.

  9. Serve warm.
