How To Make Parmesan Lemon Baked Pasta
This lemon baked pasta is made with a delectably creamy and cheesy sauce, topped with delicious lemon zests. It’s rich, tasty, and made in under one hour!

Ingredients
- 1tbspolive oil
- 4garlic cloves
- 1lbspaghetti,dried
- 8ozcream cheese,softened
- 2lemons,zested, one cut into wedges and one juiced
- 6ozparmesan cheese
- ½tspkosher salt
- ¼tspcoarse ground black pepper
- parsley,for garnish, optional
Instructions

Cook the pasta a minute less than what is labeled on the box in salted water. Drain, but do not rinse. Save ⅓ a cup of the pasta water.

In a hot large pot or pan, add the garlic and olive oil. Cook on medium-high for 10 to 15 seconds until just fragrant.

Add in the cream cheese and Parmesan Cheese. Stir to combine, then add in 2 tablespoons of lemon juice, 2 teaspoons of lemon zest, and ⅓ cup of the pasta water.

Add salt and pepper to taste. Mix well, then add the pasta into the pot to combine.

Pour the pasta into a 9×13-inch pan, then bake at 350 degrees F for 15 to 20 minutes.

Serve with lemon wedges and sprinkle lemon zest on top and parsley, and enjoy!
