How To Make Linguine with Scampi
Cook up a filling pasta meal tonight with our scampi recipe! It’s mixed with buttery tender shrimp and tangy seasonings for a full meal.
Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C).
Place the butter in an 9 x 13-inch glass baking dish.
Place it in the oven to melt the butter.
Bring a large pot of lightly salted water to a boil.
Add the pasta and cook for 8 to 10 minutes or until al dente.
Drain, then transfer to a large serving bowl.
Stir the shrimp, garlic, and lemon juice into the melted butter.
Return the dish to the oven.
Bake for 3 minutes.
Remove from the oven, then mix in the parsley.
Continue baking for 2 minutes, until the shrimp are opaque.
Season with salt and pepper.
Spoon the shrimp and butter sauce over the linguine, then toss to coat the pasta.
