How To Make Linguine with Scampi

Cook up a filling pasta meal tonight with our scampi recipe! It’s mixed with buttery tender shrimp and tangy seasonings for a full meal.

Serves:

Ingredients

  • 12ozlinguine pasta1 package
  • ¾cupbutter
  • 1lbshrimppeeled and deveined
  • 4garlic clovesminced
  • 2tbsplemon juice
  • 3tbspfresh parsleychopped
  • Salt and pepperto taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C).

  2. Place the butter in an 9 x 13-inch glass baking dish.

  3. Place it in the oven to melt the butter.

  4. Bring a large pot of lightly salted water to a boil.

  5. Add the pasta and cook for 8 to 10 minutes or until al dente.

  6. Drain, then transfer to a large serving bowl.

  7. Stir the shrimp, garlic, and lemon juice into the melted butter.

  8. Return the dish to the oven.

  9. Bake for 3 minutes.

  10. Remove from the oven, then mix in the parsley.

  11. Continue baking for 2 minutes, until the shrimp are opaque.

  12. Season with salt and pepper.

  13. Spoon the shrimp and butter sauce over the linguine, then toss to coat the pasta.

  14. Serve, and enjoy!
