How To Make Linguine with Scampi
Cook up a filling pasta meal tonight with this easy linguine scampi recipe! It’s mixed with buttery tender shrimp and tangy seasonings for a full meal.

Ingredients
- 12ozlinguine pasta,(1 package)
- ¾cupbutter
- 1lbshrimp,peeled and deveined
- 4garlic cloves,minced
- 2tbsplemon juice
- 3tbspfresh parsley,chopped
- salt and pepper,to taste
Instructions

Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F.

Place the butter in an 9×13-inch glass baking dish. Place it in the oven to melt the butter.

Bring a large pot of lightly salted water to a boil. Add the pasta and cook for 8 to 10 minutes or until al dente. Drain, then transfer to a large serving bowl.

Stir the shrimp, garlic, and lemon juice into the melted butter.

Return the dish to the oven. Bake for 3 minutes.

Remove from the oven, then mix in the parsley.

Continue baking for 2 minutes, until the shrimp are opaque. Season with salt and pepper.

Spoon the shrimp and butter sauce over the linguine, then toss to coat the pasta.
