How To Make Linguine with Scampi

Cook up a filling pasta meal tonight with this easy linguine scampi recipe! It’s mixed with buttery tender shrimp and tangy seasonings for a full meal.

  • 12ozlinguine pasta,(1 package)
  • ¾cupbutter
  • 1lbshrimp,peeled and deveined
  • 4garlic cloves,minced
  • 2tbsplemon juice
  • 3tbspfresh parsley,chopped
  • salt and pepper,to taste


  1. Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F.

  2. Place the butter in an 9×13-inch glass baking dish. Place it in the oven to melt the butter.

  3. Bring a large pot of lightly salted water to a boil. Add the pasta and cook for 8 to 10 minutes or until al dente. Drain, then transfer to a large serving bowl.

  4. Stir the shrimp, garlic, and lemon juice into the melted butter.

  5. Return the dish to the oven. Bake for 3 minutes.

  6. Remove from the oven, then mix in the parsley.

  7. Continue baking for 2 minutes, until the shrimp are opaque. Season with salt and pepper.

  8. Spoon the shrimp and butter sauce over the linguine, then toss to coat the pasta.

  9. Serve, and enjoy!
