  • 1 cup mascarpone cheese
  • ¾ tsp salt
  • ¼ tsp ground black pepper
  • ¼ cup parmesan cheese, powdered or grated
  • 6 oz mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • 2 cups marinara sauce

To serve:

  • parmesan cheese
  • parsley, chopped

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F.

  2. In a skillet, saute the chicken in oil and drain off excess fat. Add salt and pepper, then adjust the taste accordingly. Set aside.
