Ingredients
- ½ spaghetti squash, steamed, removed from shell
- 26 oz meatless spaghetti sauce
- ¼ cup green pepper, diced
- ¼ cup onion, chopped
- ¼ cup fresh mushrooms, sliced
- 1 zucchini, sliced
Instructions
- Combine all ingredients in crockpot.
- Cover and cook on low for 3 to 4 hours until zucchini is soft and everything is heated through.
- Sprinkle with parmesan cheese to serve
