How To Make Creamy Stovetop Macaroni and Cheese

Ingredients
- 2cupsmacaroni noodles,uncooked
- 3cupsmilk
- ¼tspgarlic powder
- ½tsponion powder
- 1tbspbutter
- ½tsppepper
- ¼cupwater
- 2tbspcream cheese
- 1cupcheddar cheese,shredded
Instructions

In a saucepan, combine a pinch of salt, milk, garlic powder, onion powder, butter, and water. Bring to a boil.

Add in the macaroni noodles, then reduce the heat to low.

Continue to simmer, stirring frequently for 20 minutes, until the noodles are cooked.

Watch to make sure the liquid doesn’t completely evaporate, then add extra milk ¼ cup at a time, if the liquid is low.

Once the pasta is cooked, ensure the noodles are not dry.

Stir in the cream cheese until melted.

Remove from heat, then stir in cheddar cheese.

Cover for 3 minutes.
