
How To Make Bow-Tie Pasta With Red Pepper Sauce
This bow-tie pasta recipe is perfect for spring, especially with the fresh parsley and peas in it, but you can enjoy this dish any time of the year too.

Ingredients
- 2cupsred bell pepper,chopped
- ½cupchicken broth
- 1tbspfresh oregano,chopped
- ¼tspsalt
- ¼tspground black pepper
- 1tbsptomato paste
- 1tbspbalsamic vinegar
- 1tsphoney
- 2cupsbow tie pasta
- 1cupgreen peas,blanched
- 2tbspfresh parsley,chopped
Instructions

Combine bell pepper, broth, oregano, salt, and pepper in 2-quart saucepan. Cover. Cook over medium low heat for 20 minutes, stirring occasionally, until bell pepper is tender.

Stir in tomato paste, vinegar, and honey; remove from heat. Puree mixture in a blender or food processor.

Meanwhile, cook pasta as directed on package. Drain.
