How To Make Beef Taco Pasta Skillet

Ingredients

  • 1lbground beef
  • 1onion,diced
  • 2garlic cloves,minced
  • 1green pepper,diced
  • 1pkgMcCormick® Taco Seasoning mix
  • cupswater,divided
  • 1cupsalsa
  • 8oztomato sauce
  • cupselbow macaroni,uncooked
  • 1cupcheddar cheese,shredded, divided

Instructions

  1. Brown the beef, onion and garlic in a skillet for 5 to 6 minutes until no pink remains. Drain any fat.

  2. Add the McCormick® Taco Seasoning Mix, green pepper, 2 cups of water, salsa, tomato sauce and macaroni.

  3. Cover, then simmer over medium-low heat, stirring occasionally for 20 minutes or just until pasta the is tender. Add remaining water as needed.

  4. Remove from heat, then stir in the cheddar cheese.

  5. Serve warm, and enjoy!
