How To Make Asiago Garlic Alfredo Pasta

Try this delicious asiago garlic alfredo pasta for a tasty bite! Its made with cream cheese, whipped cream, and asiago cheese paired with tender pasta.

  • 1lbfettuccine pasta,or pasta of choice
  • ½cupbutter
  • 2cupsheavy whipping cream
  • 4ozcream cheese
  • ½tspgarlic,minced
  • 1tspgarlic powder
  • 1tsp*Italian seasoning,(see Recipe Notes for recipe)
  • ¼tspsalt
  • ¼tsppepper
  • 1cupasiago cheese


  1. In a large pot of boiling water, cook pasta according to package directions until al dente.

  2. In a medium saucepan add butter, heavy whipping cream, and cream cheese. Cook over medium heat and whisk until melted.

  3. Add the minced garlic, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Continue to whisk until smooth. Add the grated asiago cheese.

  4. Bring to a simmer and continue to cook for about 3 to 5 minutes or until it starts to thicken. Toss it with pasta.

  5. Serve and enjoy.
